Responsibilities
- Conceptualize, plan, and execute 15+ high-profile events annually across EMEA and APAC regions
- Manage £1M+ event budgets with meticulous cost control and vendor negotiations
- Lead cross-functional teams of 10+ stakeholders to ensure seamless event delivery
- Develop innovative event strategies leveraging emerging technologies (AR/VR, AI)
- Conduct post-event analysis and ROI reporting to optimize future initiatives
- Nurture relationships with 50+ key vendors and venue partners globally
- Oversee crisis management protocols for on-site incident resolution
Qualifications
- 8+ years of progressive events management experience with £500K+ budget oversight
- Proven track record executing corporate events for 500+ attendees across 3+ countries Certification in Events Management (CSEP, CMP, or equivalent)
- Expertise in virtual/hybrid event platforms (Hopin, Brella) and digital integration
- Advanced proficiency in CRM (Salesforce) and event management software (Cvent)
- Exceptional project management and multitasking capabilities
- Fluency in English with business-level proficiency in a second language
