Responsibilities
- End-to-end management of premium events (50-500 attendees) from conception to execution
- Develop detailed event budgets and financial forecasts, ensuring profitability
- Coordinate with vendors, venues, and stakeholders to deliver seamless experiences
- Lead cross-functional teams including designers, technicians, and support staff
- Implement digital engagement strategies using event tech platforms
- Conduct post-event analysis and ROI reporting for clients
- Maintain relationships with high-profile clients and industry partners
Qualifications
- 5+ years of progressive events management experience with luxury/corporate focus
- Proven success managing budgets over £250,000
- Strong vendor network in London/European event industry
- Certification in Event Management (e.g., CMP, CMM)
- Expertise in virtual/hybrid event technologies (e.g., Hopin, Zoom Events)
- Exceptional project management and problem-solving abilities
- Fluency in English with additional languages preferred
