Responsibilities
- End-to-end management of 10+ annual events (500-5,000 attendees) including budgeting, vendor coordination, and timeline execution
- Lead cross-functional teams of designers, marketers, and production specialists to deliver seamless experiences
- Develop innovative event concepts that align with client brand objectives and drive measurable ROI
- Oversee crisis management protocols and ensure flawless on-site execution
- Forge strategic partnerships with premium venues, caterers, and technology providers
- Analyze post-event data to optimize future strategies and client satisfaction metrics
Qualifications
- 8+ years of progressive experience in events management with 3+ years in senior leadership
- Proven track record executing complex corporate or luxury brand events (>$500K budgets)
- Certified Meeting Professional (CMP) designation strongly preferred
- Expertise in event technology platforms (Cvent, Aventri, Social Tables)
- Exceptional vendor negotiation and contract management skills
- Portfolio demonstrating 5+ successful multi-day events with visual storytelling
- Ability to travel 20% domestically and maintain flexible work hours
