Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end strategy and execution for high-profile corporate events and galas.
- Manage relationships with elite vendors, venues, and creative agencies to ensure seamless delivery.
- Develop and oversee comprehensive project budgets, timelines, and post-event analytics.
- Direct cross-functional teams, including design, AV/tech, and hospitality staff, on-site.
- Negotiate high-value contracts to optimize ROI without compromising quality.
- Implement sustainability and accessibility standards across all event programming.
- Manage executive stakeholder communications and project status updates throughout the event lifecycle.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in luxury event management, corporate event production, or experiential marketing.
- Demonstrated ability to manage budgets exceeding $500k per project.
- Advanced proficiency in project management software (Asana, Monday.com) and Cvent.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills with a 'client-first' mindset.
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally as required (approx. 20%).
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive under high-pressure, live environments.
