Responsibilities
- Conceptualize and execute 15-20 high-impact corporate events annually (conferences, product launches, galas)
- Manage $500K+ event budgets with meticulous financial oversight and vendor negotiations
- Lead cross-functional teams including designers, AV technicians, and marketing specialists
- Develop comprehensive risk mitigation plans and contingency protocols
- Implement post-event analytics to measure success and optimize future initiatives
- Cultivate strategic partnerships with venues, vendors, and industry influencers
- Oversee digital integration including live streaming, interactive apps, and social amplification
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, or related field
- 8+ years progressive experience in corporate event production with $500K+ budgets
- Certified Meeting Professional (CMP) designation preferred
- Expertise in managing virtual, hybrid, and in-person event formats
- Proven track record leading teams of 10+ stakeholders across complex projects
- Advanced proficiency in event tech platforms (Cvent, Bizzabo, etc.)
- Exceptional negotiation skills with major venues and suppliers
- Portfolio showcasing 5+ large-scale corporate events with measurable outcomes
