Responsibilities
- End-to-end management of 15+ high-stakes events annually (corporate galas, product launches, international conferences)
- Lead $500K+ budgets with meticulous financial forecasting and vendor negotiations
- Oversee 10+ cross-functional teams including AV, logistics, and creative departments
- Develop innovative event concepts aligned with client brand narratives and KPIs
- Implement robust risk management protocols ensuring flawless execution
- Leverage data analytics to post-event ROI measurement and strategy optimization
Qualifications
- 8+ years progressive experience in corporate event management with $500K+ budget exposure
- Proven track record producing 50+ events across diverse formats (hybrid, virtual, in-person)
- Expertise in Cvent, Bizzabo, and Microsoft Office Suite
- Certified Meeting Professional (CMP) designation preferred
- Exceptional crisis management skills with documented contingency planning successes
- Strong vendor network in NYC metro area with preferred partnerships
