- End-to-end ownership of 15+ high-profile corporate events annually (500-5,000 attendees)
- Strategic event budgeting with P&L oversight and vendor negotiation
- Crisis management and on-site leadership during live events
- Post-event analytics and ROI reporting with actionable insights
- Team leadership of 5 direct reports with performance development
- Technology integration (VR/AR, event platforms) for immersive experiences
- Industry trend forecasting and innovation roadmap development
Qualifications
- 8+ years in corporate event management with 3+ years leadership
- Proven success managing $500K+ budgets and complex stakeholder relations
- Certified Meeting Professional (CMP) or equivalent industry credential
- Expertise in hybrid/virtual event technologies and platforms
- Exceptional crisis resolution and problem-solving under pressure
- Portfolio showcasing 3+ award-winning event productions
- Advanced proficiency in Cvent, Bizzabo, and event analytics tools
