- Manage $2M+ event portfolios with profit margin optimization
- Lead cross-functional teams of 15+ vendors, designers, and contractors
- Develop innovative event tech integrations (VR/AR, live streaming)
- Negotiate $500K+ vendor contracts and sponsor partnerships
- Implement data-driven post-event analytics and ROI reporting
Qualifications
- 8+ years progressive events management with $1M+ budget experience
- Proven success scaling global events (500+ attendees)
- Certification in CMP or similar industry credential
- Expertise in CRM platforms (Salesforce/Cvent) and project management
- Exceptional crisis management and contingency planning skills
