Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end execution of 15+ high-profile events annually, including corporate conferences, product launches, and luxury galas
- Manage $500K+ event budgets with meticulous financial oversight and vendor negotiations
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including designers, AV specialists, and venue partners
- Develop innovative event strategies aligned with client brand objectives and ROI targets
- Implement risk mitigation protocols and contingency plans for complex logistical scenarios
- Drive post-event analytics and reporting to measure success and identify optimization opportunities
Qualifications
- 5+ years in senior event management with demonstrable success in NYC market
- Proven expertise managing budgets exceeding $300K and teams of 10+ personnel
- Certified Meeting Professional (CMP) or equivalent designation preferred
- Exceptional proficiency in event tech platforms (Cvent, Eventbrite, Aventri)
- Strong vendor network with established relationships in NYC venues and suppliers
- Portfolio showcasing 3+ large-scale corporate events (500+ attendees)
- Ability to maintain composure and deliver results in fast-paced, high-stakes environments
