Responsibilities
- Plan and execute 15+ premium annual events including galas, product launches, and conferences (50-500 attendees)
- Manage $1M+ event budgets with meticulous vendor negotiations and cost optimization
- Lead cross-functional teams including creative, marketing, and operations
- Develop data-driven event strategies measuring ROI through KPI tracking
- Build and maintain strategic partnerships with luxury venues and vendors
- Oversee crisis management protocols ensuring flawless attendee experiences
Qualifications
- 8+ years in event management with 3+ in leadership roles
- Proven success executing high-budget events ($500K+)
- Certified Meeting Professional (CMP) designation required
- Expertise in event tech platforms (Cvent, Bizzabo, Aventri)
- Strong financial acumen with budget management experience
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
