Responsibilities
- End-to-end management of complex corporate events from conceptualization to post-event analysis.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with high-end vendors, venues, and creative partners.
- Manage comprehensive event budgets, ensuring strict cost-control and revenue maximization.
- Lead cross-functional teams, including design, logistics, and onsite support staff.
- Oversee onsite execution, ensuring world-class service standards and seamless program delivery.
- Develop innovative engagement strategies that align with client brand identity and marketing goals.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Hospitality, Communications, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in corporate events, luxury hospitality, or agency-side event management.
- Expertise in project management software (Asana, Monday.com) and event registration platforms (Cvent).
- Proven ability to manage high-stakes, multi-million dollar budgets with absolute precision.
- Exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as project needs require.
