What You'll Achieve:

Responsibilities
- Strategically plan and oversee end-to-end execution of corporate conferences, product launches, and exclusive galas
- Develop comprehensive event budgets, negotiate vendor contracts, and ensure ROI optimization
- Lead creative development from concept design to production, including AV, lighting, and stage management
- Coordinate with marketing, sales, and PR teams to align event objectives with business goals
- Manage crisis protocols and ensure flawless execution of live and hybrid events
- Conduct post-event analysis and generate actionable insights for continuous improvement
- Mentor junior staff and foster a culture of excellence within the events department
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 8+ years of progressive experience in high-end event production with 3+ years in leadership
- Proven track record managing budgets exceeding $500k and events with 500+ attendees
- Certified Meeting Professional (CMP) or equivalent designation required
- Expertise in hybrid event technologies (e.g., Hopin, Zoom Events, Aventri)
- Exceptional vendor negotiation skills with established NYC industry network
- Strong analytical abilities with experience in data-driven event optimization
- Ability to travel up to 30% for event execution and site inspections
