Responsibilities
- Conceptualize, plan, and execute high-impact corporate and luxury events (50+ attendees)
- Manage $500K+ event budgets with meticulous financial oversight
- Lead cross-functional teams including vendors, designers, and technical staff
- Develop comprehensive risk mitigation and contingency plans
- Negotiate contracts with venues and suppliers to optimize ROI
- Create detailed event timelines and coordinate logistics from A-to-Z
- Conduct post-event analysis and ROI reporting
Qualifications
- 5+ years of progressive events management experience
- Proven success managing budgets over $300K
- Exceptional vendor relationship management skills
- Certification in Event Management (CMP or CSEP preferred)
- Expertise in venue sourcing and contract negotiation
- Proficiency in event tech (Cvent, Aventri, Eventbrite)
- Ability to multitask in high-pressure environments
- Portfolio demonstrating 10+ complex event executions
