Responsibilities
- Conceptualize and execute 12-15 high-stakes events annually ($500K+ budgets)
- Manage cross-functional teams including vendors, venues, and creative partners
- Oversee digital and hybrid event integrations using Cvent and Bizzabo platforms
- Develop post-event ROI analytics and client satisfaction reports
- Negotiate contracts with premium venues and exclusive vendors
- Train junior staff on event safety protocols and crisis management
- Drive innovation in sustainable event practices and technology adoption
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Marketing, or related field
- 8+ years of progressive events management experience in corporate/luxury sectors
- Certified Meeting Professional (CMP) designation preferred
- Expertise in managing budgets exceeding $500K
- Proven success with virtual/hybrid event production (Zoom, Hopin)
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office and event management software
- Strong network with NYC venue managers and vendor alliances
- Ability to travel 15% domestically for site inspections
