Responsibilities
- End-to-end management of 15+ high-value events annually, from conception to post-event analysis
- Lead cross-functional teams of designers, vendors, and marketing specialists to deliver cohesive event experiences
- Manage multi-million-pound budgets with meticulous financial forecasting and cost optimization
- Forge and nurture strategic partnerships with luxury venues, A-list talent, and Fortune 500 clients
- Implement innovative technology solutions for virtual/hybrid events and real-time engagement tracking
- Drive client satisfaction through proactive risk mitigation and exceptional stakeholder communication
Qualifications
- 7+ years in luxury events management with 3+ leading international events
- Proven expertise in budgeting £500k+ events with 98%+ execution accuracy
- Certification in Event Management (CMM, CMP, or equivalent) strongly preferred
- Fluency in project management tools (Asana, Cvent, EventPro) and CRM systems
- Exceptional crisis management skills with documented contingency planning success
- Portfolio showcasing complex events with 500+ attendees across diverse industries
