Responsibilities
- End-to-end management of corporate events (conferences, product launches, galas) for Fortune 500 clients
- Lead cross-functional teams across creative, production, and vendor management
- Develop detailed event budgets and ROI analysis for stakeholders
- Negotiate contracts with venues, vendors, and talent across Singapore and Southeast Asia
- Implement crisis management protocols and ensure compliance with safety regulations
- Oversees post-event reporting and client relationship nurturing
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, or related field
- 8+ years of progressive experience in high-end corporate events
- Proven expertise managing budgets exceeding SGD 500,000
- Certified Meeting Professional (CMP) designation preferred
- Exceptional vendor network across Singapore and APAC
- Fluency in English with proficiency in Mandarin or Bahasa Melayu
- Advanced proficiency in event tech platforms (Cvent, Aventri, Social Tables)
