Responsibilities
- Design and execute premium corporate events, product launches, and experiential campaigns for 15+ clients annually
- Manage $500K+ event budgets, negotiating contracts with premium venues, vendors, and production partners
- Lead cross-functional teams (creative, production, digital) to deliver cohesive brand experiences
- Develop post-event ROI reports using analytics platforms to demonstrate client value
- Mentor junior event coordinators through strategic planning and crisis management protocols
- Forge industry relationships with venue directors, A-list talent, and luxury brand executives
Qualifications
- 7+ years in events management with 3+ years in senior leadership roles
- Proven success executing high-budget ($250K+) corporate or luxury brand events
- Expertise in venue sourcing, vendor negotiations, and production logistics
- Certified in Event Management (CMP or CSEP) or equivalent industry credentials
- Advanced proficiency in event tech platforms (Cvent, Eventbrite, Aventri)
- Exceptional project management with PMP certification preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating 10+ successful complex events with measurable outcomes
