Responsibilities
- Conceptualize, plan, and execute 15+ high-stakes corporate events annually (conferences, product launches, galas)
- Manage $2M+ event budgets with meticulous financial oversight and vendor negotiations
- Lead cross-functional teams including designers, AV technicians, and marketing specialists
- Develop innovative event strategies aligned with client KPIs and brand narratives
- Oversee risk mitigation, crisis management, and compliance protocols
- Analyze post-event data to measure ROI and drive continuous improvement
Qualifications
- 8+ years in corporate event management with $1M+ budget experience
- Proven expertise in logistics, vendor management, and production
- Certified Meeting Professional (CMP) designation preferred
- Exceptional project management and stakeholder communication skills
- Advanced proficiency in event tech platforms (Cvent, Eventbrite, Aventri)
- Portfolio demonstrating award-winning event executions
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects under tight deadlines
