Responsibilities
- End-to-end execution of 15+ annual events including budgeting, vendor management, and timeline oversight
- Leverage CRM platforms to coordinate cross-functional teams (creative, logistics, digital marketing)
- Develop innovative event concepts aligned with client brand narratives and KPIs
- Conduct post-event ROI analysis and present actionable insights to stakeholders
- Manage vendor relationships with 50+ partners (venues, AV, catering, talent)
- Lead crisis management protocols during live events
- Mentor junior team members in event production best practices
Qualifications
- 7+ years progressive experience in corporate events management with $500K+ budget oversight
- Proven expertise in managing hybrid/virtual events with 500+ attendees
- Advanced proficiency in event tech: Cvent, Bizzabo, and ProVenue
- Strong negotiation skills with demonstrated cost-reduction achievements
- Portfolio showcasing 3+ large-scale (500+ attendee) events
- Certification in CMP (Certified Meeting Professional) preferred
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities with high-pressure scenarios
- Deep knowledge of NYC venue landscape and vendor ecosystem
