Responsibilities
- Lead strategy and execution of 15+ high-profile corporate events annually (200-2,000 attendees)
- Manage $1M+ budgets with meticulous financial oversight and vendor negotiations
- Develop innovative event concepts integrating AR/VR technology and sustainable practices
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (marketing, sales, design) for cohesive brand experiences
- Conduct post-event analysis using data-driven insights to optimize future ROI
- Build and maintain relationships with premium venues, vendors, and industry partners
- Mentor junior staff and implement best practices in event production
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 7+ years of progressive experience in corporate events management
- Proven track record executing large-scale events ($500K+ budget)
- Certified Meeting Professional (CMP) designation preferred
- Advanced proficiency in event management software (Cvent, Bizzabo) and CRM systems
- Exceptional project management and crisis resolution abilities
- Portfolio demonstrating successful brand activations and stakeholder management
- Ability to travel 40% of the time with flexible availability for event weekends
