Responsibilities
- Conceptualize, plan, and execute 15+ premium corporate events annually (50-500 attendees)
- Manage end-to-end logistics including venue sourcing, vendor negotiations, and risk mitigation
- Lead cross-functional teams (marketing, design, production) to ensure flawless execution
- Develop and maintain event budgets with strict cost control measures
- Implement post-event analytics and ROI reporting frameworks
- Nurture strategic partnerships with venues, suppliers, and industry influencers
- Drive innovation in attendee engagement through hybrid/tech-integrated solutions
Qualifications
- 7+ years progressive experience in corporate events management with £500k+ budget responsibility
- Proven track record executing international B2B events in 5+ countries
- Expertise in venue sourcing, contract negotiation, and crisis management
- Proficiency in event tech platforms (Cvent, Bizzabo, Aventri)
- Strong financial acumen with P&L management experience
- Exceptional project management and stakeholder communication skills
- Relevant certification (CSEP, CMP, or similar) preferred
- Fluency in English with additional European language advantageous
