Responsibilities
- End-to-end event lifecycle management from ideation to post-event analysis
- Lead cross-functional teams of designers, vendors, and coordinators
- Manage multi-million-pound budgets with meticulous financial oversight
- Develop innovative event concepts aligned with client brand narratives
- Negotiate contracts with premium venues and suppliers
- Implement digital engagement strategies for hybrid events
- Conduct post-event ROI analysis and improvement planning
Qualifications
- 8+ years in corporate events management with £500k+ budget experience
- Proven track record of producing 20+ major events annually
- Strong vendor network across European event destinations
- Expertise in virtual/hybrid event technology platforms
- Prince2 or PMP certification preferred
- Fluency in English with business-level French/Spanish advantageous
- Exceptional stakeholder management and crisis resolution skills
