Responsibilities
- End-to-end ownership of 15+ premium events annually (conferences, product launches, galas) with budgets up to £500K
- Lead cross-functional teams including vendors, AV specialists, and internal stakeholders to align creative vision with operational excellence
- Develop innovative event concepts that drive brand engagement and measurable ROI for clients
- Manage complex logistics including venue sourcing, vendor negotiations, risk assessment, and crisis management
- Oversee budget allocation, financial reporting, and cost optimization strategies
- Implement post-event analytics to measure KPIs and refine future experiences
- Maintain industry relationships with top-tier venues and suppliers across London and Europe
Qualifications
- 7+ years of progressive event management experience with 3+ years in senior roles
- Proven track record executing large-scale corporate events (minimum 500 attendees)
- Exceptional budget management skills with experience in multi-currency financial planning
- Strong vendor negotiation contracts and supplier relationship management
- Advanced proficiency in event tech platforms (Cvent, Bizzabo, Aventri) and MS Office Suite
- Relevant degree in Event Management, Hospitality, or Marketing (or equivalent certification)
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities with demonstrated crisis management experience
- Portfolio showcasing 3+ award-winning event projects with measurable outcomes
