Responsibilities
- Conceptualize and execute end-to-end event strategies for 15+ annual corporate conferences
- Manage $2M+ event budgets with meticulous financial oversight and vendor negotiations
- Lead cross-functional teams including designers, AV technicians, and marketing coordinators
- Develop risk mitigation protocols for complex logistics and attendee safety
- Implement digital engagement tools (event apps, hybrid streaming, AR integrations)
- Analyze post-event ROI metrics and optimize future experiences
- Cultivate strategic partnerships with premium venues and exclusive suppliers
Qualifications
- 8+ years in corporate event management with $500K+ budget experience
- Proven success producing 50+ events across 3+ countries
- Certified Meeting Professional (CMP) designation required
- Expertise in hybrid event production and crisis management protocols
- Advanced proficiency in Cvent, Bizzabo, and Microsoft Project
- Exceptional negotiation skills with Fortune 500 vendor contracts
