Responsibilities
- End-to-end event lifecycle management from concept to post-event analysis
- Develop comprehensive event strategies aligned with client business objectives
- Manage budgets up to $500K and negotiate contracts with vendors and venues
- Lead cross-functional teams including designers, technicians, and coordinators
- Implement risk mitigation plans and ensure compliance with safety regulations
- Oversees digital event components including hybrid platforms and virtual experiences
- Conduct post-event ROI analysis and client satisfaction reviews
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, or related field
- 7+ years of progressive experience in corporate events management
- Certified Meeting Professional (CMP) designation preferred
- Proven success managing events with 500+ attendees and $250K+ budgets
- Expertise in venue sourcing, contract negotiation, and vendor management
- Strong proficiency in event technology platforms (Cvent, Eventbrite, etc.)
- Exceptional project management and problem-solving abilities
- Portfolio showcasing 3+ complex event executions
