Responsibilities
- End-to-end ownership of complex events (50-500+ attendees) from conception through execution
- Manage £500K+ budgets with meticulous financial tracking and vendor negotiations
- Lead cross-functional teams including creative, production, and marketing stakeholders
- Develop innovative event concepts aligned with client brand objectives and KPIs
- Oversee venue sourcing, logistics, and technical production for hybrid/in-person events
- Conduct post-event analysis with ROI reporting and client relationship management
- Maintain industry compliance and risk mitigation protocols for international events
Qualifications
- 8+ years of progressive events management experience with corporate clients
- Proven track record executing multi-day conferences and high-profile launches
- Strong vendor network in London's premium venues and production houses
- Expertise in budgeting, contract negotiation, and crisis management
- Proficiency in event tech (Cvent, Aventri, HubSpot) and hybrid event platforms
- Relevant degree or certification in Event Management/Hospitality
- Fluency in English; additional languages (French, German) highly advantageous
