Responsibilities
- End-to-end management of 15+ high-profile annual events (corporate conferences, product launches, galas)
- Lead cross-functional teams and manage vendor relationships with £500k+ budgets
- Develop innovative event concepts aligned with client brand objectives and KPIs
- Oversee logistics, risk management, and crisis protocols for all events
- Leverage data analytics to measure ROI and optimize future event strategies
- Mentor junior team members and drive continuous improvement in event delivery
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years' experience managing corporate/luxury events with £250k+ budgets
- Proven track record of delivering complex multi-day events across international markets
- Strong vendor management and negotiation skills with experience in premium venues
- Expertise in event technology (CRM, registration platforms, virtual/hybrid solutions)
- Relevant degree or certification in Events Management or Hospitality
- Exceptional project management skills with meticulous attention to detail
- Fluency in English; additional European languages highly advantageous
