Responsibilities
- Design, plan and execute corporate conferences, product launches, and luxury brand experiences from conception to completion
- Manage budgets up to £500k, negotiating vendor contracts and optimizing cost efficiency
- Lead cross-functional teams including creative, logistics, and marketing departments
- Develop risk mitigation plans and ensure compliance with health, safety, and accessibility regulations
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, clients, and venue partners
- Utilize event technology platforms (e.g., Cvent, Bizzabo) for registration and engagement tracking
- Analyze post-event ROI and compile comprehensive performance reports
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in corporate or luxury events management with proven track record of large-scale events
- Relevant degree in Event Management, Hospitality, or Marketing preferred
- Strong financial acumen with experience managing complex budgets and vendor negotiations
- Exceptional project management skills with ability to multitask in high-pressure environments
- Proficiency in event management software and digital engagement tools
- Certification in event management (e.g., CMP, CMM) highly desirable
- Excellent communication skills with fluency in English
