Responsibilities
- Design and execute 15+ premium corporate events annually with $500K+ budgets
- Lead cross-functional teams of designers, vendors, and technical specialists
- Develop innovative event concepts aligned with client brand narratives
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts with top-tier suppliers
- Oversee logistics, risk mitigation, and on-site crisis management
- Analyze post-event ROI metrics and optimize future strategies
- Mentor junior staff and implement industry-leading event protocols
Qualifications
- 7+ years progressive experience in corporate events management
- Proven success executing 50+ events with $1M+ combined budgets
- Certified Meeting Professional (CMP) designation required
- Expertise in Cvent, Aventri, and 3D event design platforms
- Strong financial acumen with budget management experience
- Exceptional stakeholder communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to thrive in high-pressure, deadline-driven environments
