Responsibilities
- Conceptualize, plan, and execute 15+ premium events annually with budgets up to £500K
- Lead cross-functional teams including designers, technicians, and marketing specialists
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts with venues, caterers, and suppliers
- Oversee event budgets, ensuring financial targets and ROI objectives are met
- Develop innovative event concepts aligned with client brand narratives and KPIs
- Implement risk management protocols and contingency plans for all events
- Post-event analysis: compile reports, gather feedback, and optimize future strategies
Qualifications
- 7+ years of progressive experience in corporate/luxury events management
- Proven track record managing high-budget (£300K+) multi-day events
- Strong vendor network with relationships in London/European event industry
- Exceptional project management skills with meticulous attention to detail
- Proficiency in event software (Cvent, Eventbrite, Aventri) and CRM systems
- Relevant degree or certification in Events Management, Hospitality, or Marketing
- Fluency in English; additional European languages highly advantageous
