Responsibilities
- Conceptualize and execute end-to-end event strategies for Fortune 500 clients
- Manage $500K+ budgets with meticulous financial forecasting and vendor negotiations
- Lead 10+ person cross-functional teams across creative, tech, and production departments
- Develop innovative hybrid event experiences leveraging AR/VR technology
- Conduct post-event analytics and ROI reporting with stakeholder presentations
- Cultivate strategic partnerships with premium venues and exclusive vendors
- Maintain crisis management protocols for high-profile events
Qualifications
- 7+ years of progressive events management experience with $1M+ budgets
- Proven expertise producing 50+ corporate events annually (50-5,000 attendees)
- Certification in CMP (Certified Meeting Professional) or CEM (Certified in Exhibition Management)
- Advanced proficiency in Cvent, Eventbrite, and Microsoft Project
- Exceptional crisis management skills with 0 incident track record
- Portfolio showcasing 3+ award-winning hybrid event productions
- Fluency in Spanish or Mandarin preferred for international clientele
