Responsibilities
- Conceptualize, plan, and execute premium corporate events, product launches, and galas (£100K+ budgets)
- Manage cross-functional teams including vendors, venues, and creative agencies
- Develop detailed event timelines, risk mitigation plans, and post-event analysis reports
- Negotiate contracts with venues and suppliers while optimizing budget allocation
- Leverage data analytics to measure ROI and enhance future event strategies
- Maintain relationships with C-level stakeholders and deliver exceptional client experiences
Qualifications
- 7+ years in events management with 3+ years in senior leadership roles
- Proven track record executing high-budget corporate/luxury events (minimum 50+ events)
- Professional certification (CMP, CMM, or equivalent) preferred
- Expert proficiency in event management software (Cvent, Eventbrite, Aventri)
- Exceptional budget management and contract negotiation skills
- Portfolio demonstrating innovative event design and flawless execution
- Ability to travel internationally (25% of time)
