Responsibilities
- End-to-end management of 15+ high-profile corporate events annually, from concept execution to post-event analysis
- Lead cross-functional teams of designers, vendors, and stakeholders to deliver seamless event experiences
- Develop and execute multi-million dollar event budgets with meticulous financial oversight
- Negotiate contracts with premium venues, caterers, and AV partners ensuring exceptional ROI
- Implement innovative technology solutions (VR/AR, interactive installations) to elevate attendee engagement
- Conduct post-event ROI analysis and present actionable insights to executive stakeholders
Qualifications
- 8+ years of progressive events management experience with $500K+ budget events
- Proven track record producing luxury brand activations or corporate conferences in NYC
- Expertise in Cvent, Bizzabo, or similar event management platforms
- Certified Meeting Professional (CMP) designation strongly preferred
- Exceptional crisis management skills with 3+ major contingency plans executed
- Portfolio showcasing 10+ award-winning events with measurable impact
