As Senior Events Manager, you'll lead end-to-end execution of high-profile corporate events, product launches, and immersive brand activations across Europe. Responsibilities
- Design, budget, and execute 12+ premium events annually (50-500 attendees)
- Manage vendor relationships with venues, caterers, and production partners
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including marketing, sales, and creative departments
- Develop post-event analytics reports and ROI optimization strategies
- Oversees event safety protocols and crisis management procedures
- Maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders
- Lead 3-person events team with mentorship responsibilities
Qualifications
- 7+ years in corporate event management with £100k+ budget experience
- Proven track record of executing 50+ events across multiple countries
- Strong vendor negotiation and contract management skills
- Advanced proficiency in event tech (Cvent, Eventbrite, Aventri)
- Prince2/Agile certification or equivalent project management training
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities under pressure
- Fluency in English with business-level French/Spanish preferred
