Responsibilities
- End-to-end ownership of 15-20 high-value corporate events annually (£500k+ budgets)
- Develop innovative event concepts aligned with client brand narratives and KPIs
- Manage cross-functional teams including designers, AV technicians, and logistics partners
- Oversee vendor negotiations, contracts, and risk assessment protocols
- Implement data-driven post-event analytics and ROI reporting frameworks
- Maintain industry relationships with premium venues and exclusive suppliers
- Mentor junior team members and drive continuous improvement in event delivery
Qualifications
- 8+ years in events management with 3+ in senior leadership roles
- Proven track record executing corporate events for global brands (£500k+ budgets)
- Expertise in virtual, hybrid, and large-scale in-person event production
- Strong vendor management and negotiation skills with premium suppliers
- Proficiency in event tech platforms (Cvent, Bizzabo, Aventri)
- Prince2 or PMP certification preferred
- Exceptional crisis management and problem-solving abilities
- Portfolio showcasing 3+ award-winning event experiences
