Responsibilities
- Design and execute 50+ annual events including conferences, product launches, and galas
- Manage $1M+ budgets with meticulous financial tracking and vendor negotiations
- Lead cross-functional teams of 10+ creative and operational specialists
- Develop innovative event concepts aligned with client brand narratives
- Implement risk mitigation protocols and contingency planning
- Analyze post-event ROI and optimize strategies for future activations
Qualifications
- 8+ years in events management with $500K+ budget experience
- Proven expertise in corporate/luxury event production in major markets
- Advanced proficiency in Cvent, Eventbrite, and venue sourcing platforms
- Certified Meeting Professional (CMP) designation preferred
- Exceptional stakeholder management with Fortune 500 clients
- Crisis management experience during live events
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Marketing, or related field
