As the architect of our flagship events, you'll collaborate with CMOs and creative directors to conceptualize and produce immersive brand activations, galas, and product launches. Responsibilities
- Conceptualize and execute end-to-end corporate events (50-2,000 attendees) across luxury, tech, and hospitality sectors
- Manage $500K+ event budgets with precise vendor negotiations and cost optimization
- Lead cross-functional teams including designers, AV technicians, and digital producers
- Develop comprehensive risk mitigation plans and on-site crisis management protocols
- Leverage CRM platforms to analyze post-event ROI and client satisfaction metrics
- Nurture strategic partnerships with premium venues and exclusive vendors across NYC
- Maintain compliance with NYC event regulations and ADA requirements
Qualifications
- 7+ years progressive experience in high-end event management with 3+ years in senior leadership
- Proven track record producing 20+ annual events with budgets exceeding $300K
- Expertise in venue sourcing, contract negotiation, and vendor relationship management
- Advanced proficiency in event tech: Cvent, Eventbrite Pro, and venue management systems
- Certified Meeting Professional (CMP) designation strongly preferred
- Exceptional project management skills with ability to manage multiple concurrent projects
- Portfolio demonstrating innovative event design and flawless execution
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Marketing, or related field
