Responsibilities
- End-to-end ownership of 15+ premium annual events (corporate galas, product launches, conferences)
- Strategic client consultation and proposal development with $500K+ budgets
- Vendor procurement, contract negotiation, and relationship management
- Cross-functional leadership with creative, marketing, and production teams
- Crisis management and on-site execution at landmark NYC venues
- Post-event analytics and ROI reporting for executive stakeholders
Qualifications
- 8+ years in high-end event management with corporate/luxury experience
- Proven budget management exceeding $500K per event
- Expert knowledge of NYC venue landscape and vendor ecosystem
- Advanced certification in event planning (CSEP, CMP, or similar)
- Exceptional project management and problem-solving abilities
- Portfolio showcasing 3+ complex events with measurable success metrics
