- End-to-end management of 50+ annual events including conferences, product launches, and galas
- Lead cross-functional teams of 15+ vendors, designers, and coordinators
- Develop and execute multi-million dollar event budgets with ROI-focused KPIs
- Forge strategic partnerships with premium venues and industry influencers
- Implement innovative event technologies (VR/AR, live streaming, hybrid solutions)
- Drive post-event analytics and continuous improvement initiatives
- Maintain relationships with Fortune 500 clients and stakeholders
Qualifications
- 8+ years in events management with 3+ in senior leadership roles
- Proven success scaling events from concept to execution (10,000+ attendees)
- Expertise in budgeting, contract negotiation, and crisis management
- Certified Meeting Professional (CMP) or equivalent designation required
- Advanced proficiency in event tech platforms (Cvent, Eventbrite, Aventri)
- Portfolio showcasing 10+ large-scale events (>$500K budget)
- Exceptional problem-solving and adaptability in high-pressure environments
