Responsibilities
- Conceptualize, plan, and execute 15+ high-profile corporate events annually (500+ attendees)
- Manage £1M+ event budgets with meticulous financial oversight and vendor negotiations
- Lead cross-functional teams including creative, logistics, and technical vendors
- Develop innovative event strategies aligned with client business objectives
- Implement risk management protocols and ensure flawless on-site execution
- Conduct post-event analysis and ROI reporting for stakeholder presentations
- Maintain relationships with premium venues and industry partners
Qualifications
- 5+ years in senior event management with £500k+ budget experience
- Proven track record executing corporate/luxury events in London/Europe
- Expertise in vendor management, contract negotiation, and budget forecasting
- Proficiency in event tech platforms (Cvent, Aventri, Eventbrite)
- Strong project management with PMP certification preferred
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Creative problem-solving with crisis management experience
- Fluency in English; additional European languages advantageous
