Responsibilities
- Develop and execute end-to-end event strategy for high-profile client accounts.
- Manage end-to-end project timelines, budgets ranging from $250k to $2M+, and vendor relationships.
- Oversee on-site production teams to ensure seamless event delivery and technical performance.
- Collaborate with creative agencies to develop brand-aligned aesthetic and interactive components.
- Analyze post-event data and ROI metrics to report performance back to internal stakeholders and clients.
- Mitigate logistical risks by developing contingency plans for all large-scale productions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Hospitality, Marketing, or related field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in corporate event management or agency environments.
- Demonstrated expertise in budget management, contract negotiation, and vendor procurement.
- Exceptional project management skills with proficiency in tools like Cvent, Asana, or Monday.com.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to remain composed under extreme deadline pressure.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
