Responsibilities
- Conceptualize and execute 15+ high-impact events annually (500-5,000 attendees)
- Manage $1M+ event budgets with meticulous financial oversight
- Lead cross-functional teams across creative, logistics, and vendor management
- Develop innovative event tech integration (VR/AR, live streaming)
- Negotiate contracts with premium venues and exclusive vendors
- Analyze post-event ROI and implement data-driven optimizations
- Build strategic partnerships with industry influencers and sponsors
Qualifications
- 8+ years in corporate events management with Fortune 500 experience
- Certified Meeting Professional (CMP) designation required
- Expertise in crisis management and contingency planning
- Proven success scaling events from concept to execution
- Advanced proficiency in event management software (Cvent, Bizzabo)
- Strong PMP or equivalent project management certification
- Demonstrable experience managing hybrid/virtual events
- Exceptional stakeholder communication and presentation skills
