Responsibilities
- End-to-end ownership of complex events (500+ attendees), from ideation and budgeting to flawless execution and post-event analysis
- Strategic vendor management, negotiating contracts with premium venues, caterers, and AV specialists across the UK and Europe
- Client relationship development, becoming the trusted advisor for C-level executives and marketing directors
- Team leadership, mentoring junior coordinators and fostering a culture of excellence and innovation
- Crisis management and on-site troubleshooting during high-stakes events
- Revenue generation through upselling and cross-selling premium event packages
Qualifications
- Minimum 7 years' experience in luxury events management with proven success in corporate/brand environments
- Relevant degree in Events Management, Hospitality, or Marketing (or equivalent professional certification)
- Exceptional project management skills with meticulous attention to detail
- Advanced proficiency in event management software (Cvent, Eventbrite) and budgeting tools
- Fluency in English; additional European languages highly advantageous
- Strong network of premium venue and vendor relationships in London and major European cities
- Certified Meeting Professional (CMP) designation preferred
