Responsibilities
- Design, plan, and execute end-to-end corporate events including conferences, summits, and brand activations for global clientele
- Manage multi-million-pound budgets, vendor negotiations, and procurement across 10+ simultaneous projects
- Lead cross-functional teams of 15+ professionals including designers, technicians, and coordinators
- Develop innovative event concepts aligned with client KPIs, ensuring measurable ROI and brand engagement
- Oversee risk mitigation, contingency planning, and crisis management for high-profile international events
- Forge strategic partnerships with venues, suppliers, and industry influencers to secure competitive advantages
- Analyze post-event data to optimize future strategies and client satisfaction metrics
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, or related field with 5+ years senior-level experience
- Proven track record managing budgets exceeding £500,000 and events with 500+ attendees
- Expert proficiency in event management software (Cvent, Eventbrite) and CRM platforms
- Exceptional negotiation skills with demonstrated success in vendor contracts and sponsorships
- Ability to lead high-pressure projects with multiple stakeholders across time zones
- Strong creative portfolio showcasing innovative event design and production capabilities
