Responsibilities
- Conceptualize and execute 15+ premium annual events including product launches, award ceremonies, and international conferences
- Manage end-to-end production logistics including venue sourcing, vendor negotiations, and technical production
- Lead teams of 10+ staff including coordinators, designers, and technical specialists
- Develop and maintain client relationships with multi-million dollar budgets
- Implement risk mitigation strategies and crisis management protocols
- Analyze post-event ROI and optimize strategies using data-driven insights
- Oversee budget allocation across 12+ concurrent projects
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Marketing, or related field
- 5+ years of luxury event management with corporate clients
- Certified Meeting Professional (CMP) designation preferred
- Expertise in budget management ($500k+ projects)
- Proven vendor management and negotiation skills
- Advanced proficiency in event management software (Cvent, Bizzabo)
- Exceptional project management with PMP certification
- Ability to travel internationally (20% of role)
