Responsibilities
- Conceptualize, plan, and execute end-to-end corporate events (conferences, product launches, galas) with budgets up to $1M
- Lead cross-functional teams including vendors, designers, and stakeholders to ensure seamless execution
- Manage vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and optimize event logistics
- Develop comprehensive event timelines, risk mitigation strategies, and contingency plans
- Analyze post-event KPIs and ROI metrics to drive continuous improvement
- Maintain digital and physical event assets with meticulous attention to detail
- Collaborate with marketing teams to integrate events into broader brand campaigns
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in high-stakes corporate event production
- Proven track record managing events with 500+ attendees and $500K+ budgets
- Expertise in venue sourcing, vendor management, and crisis resolution
- Advanced proficiency in event management software (Cvent, Aventri) and MS Office Suite
- Exceptional project management and multitasking abilities in fast-paced environments
- Strong financial acumen for budget development and expense tracking
- Portfolio demonstrating innovative event design and flawless execution
