Responsibilities
- End-to-end event lifecycle management: conceptualization, budgeting, vendor coordination, and post-event analysis
- Develop and execute innovative event strategies aligned with client brand objectives and market trends
- Lead cross-functional teams including designers, technicians, and hospitality staff during live events
- Manage multi-million dollar budgets, negotiate contracts, and optimize resource allocation
- Build and maintain strategic partnerships with premium venues, vendors, and industry influencers
- Implement rigorous risk management protocols and ensure flawless on-site execution
- Leverage data analytics to measure event ROI and drive continuous improvement
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 7+ years of progressive experience in corporate/luxury events management with 3+ in leadership
- Proven track record of executing 50+ high-profile events ($500K+ budget)
- Certified Meeting Professional (CMP) designation preferred
- Expertise in vendor negotiation, contract management, and crisis resolution
- Advanced proficiency in event technology platforms (Cvent, Aventri, etc.)
- Exceptional project management skills with meticulous attention to detail
- Strong portfolio showcasing innovative event design and production excellence
