Responsibilities
- Lead full-lifecycle event management from ideation to post-event analysis for 15+ annual high-stakes corporate conferences and product launches
- Manage multi-million dollar budgets with meticulous financial tracking and vendor negotiations
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including creative, marketing, and technical vendors to ensure seamless execution
- Develop innovative event concepts leveraging emerging technologies (AR/VR, interactive installations)
- Conduct post-event ROI analysis and optimize future strategies based on performance metrics
- Maintain relationships with 50+ premium venue partners and exclusive vendor network
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, or Business with 7+ years of progressive experience
- Proven track record executing events for 500+ attendees with $500K+ budgets
- Certified Meeting Professional (CMP) or equivalent designation required
- Expert proficiency in event management software (Cvent, Eventbrite) and CRM systems
- Exceptional crisis management skills with 3+ major contingency resolutions
- Strong vendor portfolio including luxury venues, A/V production, and floral design
- Portfolio demonstrating 5+ award-winning event concepts with measurable success
