Responsibilities
- Conceptualize, plan, and execute 12-15 premium annual events (£500k+ budgets)
- Manage cross-functional teams including designers, AV technicians, and hospitality staff
- Develop comprehensive event timelines with risk mitigation protocols
- Negotiate contracts with venues, vendors, and creative partners
- Oversee digital integration (livestreaming, AR experiences, hybrid formats)
- Drive post-event ROI analysis and client satisfaction reporting
- Mentor junior staff and implement best practice workflows
Qualifications
- 7+ years in event management with £1M+ budget experience
- Proven success executing complex corporate and brand events
- Expertise in crisis management and contingency planning
- Advanced proficiency in event tech (Cvent, Aventri, Social Tables)
- Strong vendor network in London/European markets
- Prince2 or PMP certification preferred
- Fluency in English; additional European languages advantageous
- Portfolio showcasing 5+ landmark events
