Responsibilities
- Strategize and execute end-to-end event management for C-suite clients across EMEA
- Lead teams of 15+ vendors, venues, and creative partners
- Manage £1M+ budgets with meticulous financial oversight
- Develop innovative event concepts using AR/VR and sustainable practices
- Forge strategic partnerships with luxury brands and venues
- Implement post-event analytics and ROI reporting frameworks
- Oversee crisis management protocols for high-stakes international events
Qualifications
- 10+ years in events management with 5+ years in senior leadership
- Proven success managing budgets exceeding £500K
- Certification in CMP or CMM preferred
- Expertise in hybrid/virtual event platforms (e.g., Hopin, Bizzabo)
- Fluency in English and French/Spanish
- Portfolio featuring 50+ executed events across 5+ countries
- Advanced proficiency in CRM (Salesforce) and project management tools
